  • 8oz Raw Pepitas
  • 1Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. 2. Toss all ingredients in a bowl and throughly mix until the pepitas are coated with the spices
  3. 3. Pour onto a lined baking sheet in one even layer
  4. 4. Roast for 10-12 minutes, mixing halfway through **You will notice the color of the seeds goes from a pale green color to a brown color. This is normal.
  5. 5. Serve as a snack or on top of your favorite salads and soups.
