Roasted or airfried for a quick side to any weeknight dish. The airfryer creates a nice crispy exterior without the need for a deep fryer.

  • 1 head of cauilflower cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  1. 1. Set air fryer to 400 degrees and air fry for 15 minutes
  2. 2. Alternatively pre-heat the oven for 425 degrees and roast for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through
  3. 3. Serve warm with your favorite main dish
