A super snack for the person who is always moving! Protein power balls are the great for a boost of energy during an active day!

  • 1 1/2 Cup All Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Agave
  • 1 1/3 Cup Gluten Free Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Plant Based Protein Powder (I used vanilla but Chocolate would work too)
  • 1/2 Cup Cacao Nibs
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • Salt
  1. 1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together until fully incorporated
  2. 2. Mix will be slightly crumbly
  3. 3. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out balls and roll into a ball with your hand just like you would with cookie dough. You will need to pack them together some to get them to take shape and stay.
  4. 4. Store in an airtight container on the counter or if you like them slightly cold like I do, store in fridge
