Not only are these eggs the fluffiest scrambled eggs I’ve ever eaten, but this recipe is so easy to make and is PERFECT for if you’re hosting weekend brunch!

  • 6 Eggs
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Hot Sauce
  • Chives for garnishing
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. 2. In a 9x9 pan, place the butter in the pan and place the pan in the oven to melt the butter
  3. 3. While the pan is heating, crack all of the eggs in a bowl and whisk , add in the milk and continue stirring
  4. 4. Add in 3 or 4 dashes of hot sauce, milk, and salt and pepper to taste
  5. 5. Cook for 10 minutes then mix it with a spatula
  6. 6. Garish with a bundle of chives
