Moist Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Brown bananas? No problem! You’ll go bananas over this quick and easy banana bread!

  • 3 very ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup melted butter cooled
  • 1 room temp. egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 cup raw turbinado sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 and prepare your loaf pan by greasing it
  2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients, bananas, mayo, melted butter, egg, and vanilla, until fully combined
  3. 3. Add flour, baking soda, sugar, and salt into the wet ingredients and mix until everything is just combined
  4. 4. Fold in chocolate chips
  5. 5. Pour batter into prepared baking loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
  6. 6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the loaf pan. Serve warm with butter or on its own
