A mix of fresh seafood and zesty lemon flavor! These little shrimps make a great topping for a salad or pasta!

  • 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 stick of butter melted
  • 4 garlic cloves finely minced
  • 1 lemon juiced and zested
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1 bunch of fresh parsley chopped
  1. 1. Preheat grill to medium high heat
  2. 2. Ensure your shrimp is cleaned, peeled, and deveined. A lot of stores already have this job done for you
  3. 3. Skewer shrimp on metal skewers. If you do not have metal skewers, use wooden ones. These can be bought at any grocery store. Make sure to soak them in water for a few hours prior to skewering and grilling. Season with salt and pepper on each side
  4. 4. Prepare the butter sauce for your shrimp by combining the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice and zest, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Set aside
  5. 5. When the grill is nice and hot, place the skewers on the grill. You can keep the lid open. Do not go anywhere! Shrimp cooks very fast. They will cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side or until they turn a pink color and there are no longer any gray raw spots left
  6. 6. Remove from grill and immediately remove the shrimp from the skewers and toss in the bowl with the butter mixture. The heat from the shrimp will help all the flavors come together
  7. 7. Serve immediately
  8. 8. Can be served as an app or snack or you can simple pair it with rice or veggies to make it a full meal
