Cranberry Orange Bellini: Flavorful, bubbly, and most importantly, refreshing! NO New Years celebration is complete without this sparkling drink, and some snacks! For example, you could try pairing with my yummy crab ragoons recipe
1 Cup Frozen Cranberries
Juice and Zest from 1 orange
3-5 Tbsp of Water for cranberries until pourable
1oz Orange Liqueur such as Cointreau
1. In a sauce pan over medium heat combine the cranberries, orange zest and juice, and water. Allow cranberry mixture to slightly boil until a pourable syrup is made.
2. At this time I like to strain the mixture through a sieve to create a very smooth texture.
3. **If the mixture is really thick simply add a little more water so that its easy to pour
4. Pour a Tbsp of the cranberry sauce into a champagne flute, top with 1oz of orange liqueur and top with champagne
